partybshallnotchangethestructureandoriginalstyleoftheofficeduringdecorationwithoutpartya’swrittenconsent.partybisrequiredpriordecorationtorendertopartyaastatementdetailingtheofficedecorationscheme,includingdesigndrawing,decorationmaterials,listofequipmenttobeusedandsoon.onlywithwrittenconsentfrompartya,whichshallnotbeundulywithheld,canthedecorationbecarriedout.2．乙方如对办公室进行装修时，不得擅自改变办公室内的电源、通讯等线路和空调、喷淋等各种管路的原有走向，如确因使用电脑或其它办公设备而需增加电源插座时，应在装修方案中列明，获允许后方可施工，施工完毕后由甲方查验。如有损坏，除负责修复外，还应对造成的后果承担全部责任。

inordertokeeptheunityofthearchitectureanddecorationofthewholecargoterminal,partybshallnotchangethedoors,windowsandtheirexteriorcolorwithoutpermissionfrompartyaduringdecoration.5．鉴于甲方已为乙方提供了空调设备，乙方在进行办公室装修时或办公室使用过程中，不得再安装任何形式的空调设备或取暖装置。乙方同意，在办公室租用期间，不使用单体耗电量超过300瓦的电气设备，每个接电插座用电容量不超过10安培，以确保货运站的用电安全。

１．甲方未按前述合同条款的规定和按时向乙方交付合乎要求的办公室或有其他违约事项的，负责赔偿违约金为租赁期全部租金的10%。
